Initially I was very pleased especially that after registering, within few minutes I was credited with a loan of #33,825.00k on 7th August 2023.
However, presently I am constrained and very frustrated now because loan repayment is within 7 days. Regrettably, since on the 9/8/23 I made several efforts to log on the Helacash Loan App but instead of showing Repayment button it is showing me Accessible amount #500,000.00k whereas is my loan I want to payback. To make matter worst, I wrote email to [email protected] to complain because I don’t want Helacash Loan to put me in group of loan defaulters, till this day 11-8-23 they didn’t reply.
