Images of Raila’s in his Karen residence have raised concern since his face looks swollen. This comes a day after Uhuru Kenyatta visited his long-term ally after he bitterly lost to William Ruto, in the August 9th 2022 general election. Uhuru was accompanied by his son Muhoho.
William Ruto, managed to garner 7,176,141(50.5%) votes while Raila Odinga garnered 6.9 million (48.9%) votes.

Does Raila Have A Swollen Face?
From pictures circulating online, Uhuru Kenyatta is seen together with the Azimio leader, his wife Ida, daughter Winnie Odinga, Siaya Senator-elect James Orengo and Raila presidential secretariat spokesperson Mr. Makau Mutua.

With Uhuru having endorsed Raila Odinga for presidency, it did not come as a surprise that he visited the former Prime Minister.
Raila Odinga, in relation to losing his 5th stab at the presidency, filed an election petition at the Supreme Court, that was disregarded on allegations that the Azimio team did not provide any water-tight evidence to the Judiciary.
Raila’s stand on the Supreme Court verdict
Raila Odinga and his running mate Martha Karua stated that they respect the Court’s decision but highly disagree with the verdict.
It is for this reason that KOT have pointed out that Raila Odinga’s face swelling.
The ODM Chieftain has however not provided information to satisfy Kenyan’s curiosity on why his face has swollen. His family members have also remained silent on the matter.
