The Supreme Court of Kenya (SCOK) is set to make its verdict on the election petitions filed by Azimio on Monday 5th September. It has now become evident that the Apex court cannot declare Raila Odinga as the president elect because no evidence was provided to the courts, showing that indeed, Raila Amolo Odinga had the majority vote.
As per the information gathered from the proceedings of the Supreme Court, Raila and his battery of lawyers made accusations against IEBC, Wafula Chebukati and William Ruto for allegedly hacking and manipulating election data in favor of the latter.

Fear for a whooping of a lifetime
Luo residents have in relation to this, stated that they are prepared to get a whooping of a life time, should the SCOK proceed to declare that the two political giants go for a re-run.
According to a public interview made in the Nyanza region, one particular Luo man (name withheld) stated that Raila Odinga will be humiliated.

“Saa hii, hii maneno ya re-run, tukirudi Ruto atatunyorosha asubuhi. Juu saa hii, Raila amekaa anaangalia maneno ya Bomas na Ruto naye amejipanga ananunua watu ground. Sasa yeye anajipanga kwa hii uchaguzi yenye itakuja…my friend siasa is about calculation,” said the Nyanza resident.
Translation: “In case of a re-run, Ruto will whoop us in the morning because while Raila is watching Supreme Court proceedings, Ruto is busy buying support from independent candidates. Ruto is planning ahead. Politics is about calculations.”
Luo men will not be involved in the public demonstrations
The man proceeded to say that they as Luo people are prepared for the verdict set to be announced on Monday by the 7-judge bench led by Chief Justice Martha Koome. He affirmed that Luo men have agreed not to hold public demonstrations because they have no hope in winning a re-run against President-elect William Ruto.
This comes after the Azimio team made call to all supporters of the coalition for a peaceful march in honor of the great journey in the push for justice.

Winnie Odinga’s marriage in the State House
Winnie Odinga on the other hand has been jeered, with Kenyans saying that when will never get married. This came about because she had earlier stated that she will be married in the State House. This future she predicted now seems hazy.
